Welcome, Norwi, Patsi and clax

As the second half of 2025 begins, Sangal has made a significant roster change by adding three promising players from the CIS region. Evgeniy “Norwi” Ermolin, Robert “Patsi” Isyanov and Timur “clax” Sabirov have joined the team from Astrum and are expected to play key roles in the organization’s new structure.

These transfers represent more than just a roster update for Sangal. The team has also taken a new direction by focusing on the CIS region, which has consistently produced some of the most talented and hardworking players in the Counter-Strike scene. By choosing individuals who share the same language and cultural background, Sangal aims to build stronger in-game synergy and long-term potential.

Following these additions, Sangal has climbed to 51st in the global rankings. This position has opened the door to several high-level tournament invitations. Among them is the upcoming ESL Pro League Closed Qualifier, where the team will soon compete with its new lineup.

2025 began with major changes. Although the results in the first half of the year didn’t go exactly as we hoped, I want to thank all the players who wore our jersey during that period.

For the rest of the year, we’ve decided to take a new direction by building our roster with young, determined, hardworking, and high-potential talents from the CIS region. I’m genuinely happy that this gives us the chance to reunite our fans with the competitive Sangal they’ve been missing.

Unlike our previous move, we are now moving forward with a lineup that has played together before, comes from the same culture, and shares the drive and professionalism needed to succeed. An exciting and demanding journey lies ahead, and I believe we’ll be a serious threat in every tournament. See you on the server very soon.

Hamza Sönmez, Sangal Gaming Group CEO

I’m excited to begin working with Norwi, Patsi, and Clax. They are highly skilled players and I believe their addition gives our team significant potential moving forward. With the right structure and dedication, I’m confident we can achieve great results together.
