What we do

The Sangal Gaming Group B.V. Community Manager is responsible for fostering and maintaining a vibrant, engaged community across all our esports and gaming operations. We ensure that our community members feel valued, heard, and connected, enhancing their overall experience with the Sangal.

Job requirements

  • Strong understanding of online community dynamics and best practices.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep knowledge of esports trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Ability to mediate discussions and manage conflicts within the community effectively.
  • Ability to analyze community feedback and provide actionable insights to the team.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing and moderating the Sangal community’s across various platforms (Discord, X, etc.).
  • Creating and executing community engagement strategies to increase member participation.
  • Responding to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organizing community events, contests, and activities to keep the community engaged.
  • Monitoring community sentiment and reporting on key trends and issues to the team.
  • Collaborating with the social media team to align community activities with broader brand goals.
  • Building relationships with key community members and influencers.
  • Identifying opportunities for community growth and expansion.
