Community Manager

The Sangal Gaming Group B.V. Community Manager is responsible for fostering and maintaining a vibrant, engaged community across all our esports and gaming operations. We ensure that our community members feel valued, heard, and connected, enhancing their overall experience with the Sangal.
Job requirements
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and best practices.
- Passion for gaming and a deep knowledge of esports trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to mediate discussions and manage conflicts within the community effectively.
- Ability to analyze community feedback and provide actionable insights to the team.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and moderating the Sangal community’s across various platforms (Discord, X, etc.).
- Creating and executing community engagement strategies to increase member participation.
- Responding to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Organizing community events, contests, and activities to keep the community engaged.
- Monitoring community sentiment and reporting on key trends and issues to the team.
- Collaborating with the social media team to align community activities with broader brand goals.
- Building relationships with key community members and influencers.
- Identifying opportunities for community growth and expansion.
